Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. Please do not send card details by email as it is not secure. We recommend that you use the secure facilities of this website.

Please make sure that the delivery address is the same as the address on the statement of the debit or creidt cards you have used. This is required by your card supplier for your security.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Within the U.K.: Orders over £20, postage free; orders below this are charged at £1.95; 24 hour delivery costs an extra £6.50.

All items unless exceptionally large and/or heavy are sent by Royal Mail delivery. Large and/or heavy items will be sent by courier.

Items for delivery outwith the UK are charged at cost. They will be sent by airmail usually on a 'Signed For' basis. This postage cost will be added onto the cost of your order.

If the postage amount is over £5 we will contact you first, usually by email, to confirm that you are happy to pay the postage charge. (Please check your junk email box in case an email from us has been placed there.)
Delivery Schedule We usually deliver your order in under 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 business days. Please telephone us on 01463 831 403 if you have any queries.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges As we are not VAT rated, we will not charge you any extra.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We always destroy card details once an order has been despatched.
