This is still part of what we do but increasingly we find that we are also specialising in threads for both the hand and machine embroiderer and the quilter. Have a look in the Thread section at the brand new Northern Lights overdyed (variegated) 100% silk thread - it's gorgeous!
In addition, we now also stock many different necessities for the embroiderer and quilter, for example a large variety of needles, many other sewing aids, essentials for quilters and so on.

|  | About Hardanger Embroidery Originating in Norway, Hardanger is an easy form of embroidery, which is quickly stitched due to the large size of the majority of the basic stitches and the regular symmetrical patterns. It looks complicated but uses a very few simple stitches to create an amazing result. Nordic Needlecraft prides itself on creating the very best in traditionally based Hardanger designs. |  | About the rest of our On-Line Shop Nordic Needlecraft has grown with the help of our customers. As people have asked us, "Do you stock ...", where possible, we have looked for the best and stocked it. As a result, our site will continue to grow and change over time.
Our range of threads continues to expand, along with the range of sewing accessories. We stock Anchor, DMC, Güterman, Madeira and Northern Lights threads and this list will definitely grow as we find new, beautiful threads to tempt you with.
